Our Shipping Policy

Hey, we know you're excited to get your products so you can start using them.

And we want you to love us, so we ship your order as fast as we can.

When you place an order, we try to get it out the door and on it's way to you by the next business day.

And that means we ship six days a week, Monday through Saturday.

If you place an order Monday afternoon, we ship your order Tuesday morning.

If you place an order on Friday, we ship your order Saturday morning.

If you order on Saturday or Sunday, we ship your order first thing Monday morning.

How We Ship Your Order

We carefully package your products so they reach you safe and sound.

We used to ship exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

At the time, it was reliable and offered our customers the best value for the money.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we've seen the USPS take longer to deliver while losing more packages.

Before January 1st, 2020, we had to re-ship 0.9% of our packages because they were lost in the mail.

Since January 1st, 2020, we have re-shipped 2.1% of our packages.

So now we're offering our customers a choice of shipping methods.

You can choose between the following options:

If you don't receive your order within 10 business days from the date you order, just let us know. We'll refund your shipping and guide you through finding your package.

Why We Only Ship to the United States

We would love to ship our products worldwide, but we're not there yet.

There are a bunch of laws about how you can export health supplements.

And every country has their own laws on how you can import them.

We would need a small army of lawyers to make sure we weren't breaking any of those laws.

We're just not ready for that yet.

But...

We have some international customers who use a "package forwarding" or "freight forwarding" company.

Here's how it works:

You order from us and have your order shipped to the package forwarding company's U.S. shipping address.

The package forwarding company re-packages it and sends it to you in your home country.

We cannot recommend a specific package forwarding company. You will have to research them.

Check the laws for your country. Make sure you can import our products for your own personal use without violating any of your country's laws.

  • We try to get your order out the next business day. We get it right 9 out of 10 times. We always ship your order within 48 hours.
  • If you order on Saturday or Sunday, we ship your order first thing Monday morning.
  • We offer shipping through USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground.
  • If you don't receive your order within 10 business days from the date you order it, just let us know and we'll refund your shipping.
  • We can only ship to the United States right now because of complicated laws and legal stuff.
